Responsible for civil and structural design involving the preparation of calculations and review of structural/ Geo design drawings in accordance to customers specifications, applicable codes, standards and other generally accepted practices. Able to work independently as well as work with a design team.
Produce tender specifications and design requirements for calling of tender contracts.
Undertake detailed design of buildings , Temporary Buildings works such as ERSS.
Work with Qualified Person (QP)/ Directors to develop design scheme for civil and structural works.
Lead a team in project planning, implementation and close monitoring the progress of projects.
Project coordination including submission to local authorities and liaison during the construction stage. Able to coordinate with Site PM and Site Supervisors (RE/RTO)
Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities on technical matters. Attending Site/ Consultants Meeting.
Requirements :
Candidates must possess minimum a Bachelor Engineering (Civil) degree/ Master Degree recognised by PE Board.
Engineers with minimum 7 years relevant local experience in engineering design and project management.
Conversant with latest design codes (Euro Codes) and authority requirements.
Be a team leader with good attitude towards quality of work and timeline.
