Senior Chiropractic Assistant

Job Description

Compass Chiropractic is a growing chiropractic practice in Singapore with a clear mission - to serve and empower as many people as possible through principled chiropractic care.

We are building our founding team and are looking for a Senior Chiropractic Assistant who is energetic, service-driven, tech-savvy, and excited to grow with the clinic.

This is a hands-on role. This position requires ownership, independence, and a strong heart for service. If you enjoy helping people, learning fast, and being part of something meaningful from the ground up, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Operations & Members Experience

• Manage daily practice operations and front desk independently

• Handle practice member check-in, check-out, payments, and appointment scheduling

• Support chiropractors during consultations and patient flow

• Ensure practice environment are clean, organized, and welcoming

• Maintain accurate members records and practice documentation

• Deliver warm, professional, and consistent service at all times

Healthcare Administration & Compliance

• Follow and update practice SOPs, confidentiality requirements, and professional standards

• Support workflow improvements as the practice grows

• Assist in future onboarding and training of new chiropractic assistant

Tech & Digital Operations

• Confident in using clinic systems, WhatsApp, Google Drive, and basic reporting tools

• Assist with basic tech setup (iPads, phones and etc)

• Organize digital files, practice member education materials, and internal resources

Social Media & Video Content Support

• Assist in filming short-form videos in clinic (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

• Perform basic video editing using mobile or desktop tools (e.g. CapCut and etc)

• Upload and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

• Support simple captions, trends, and content coordination

• Help amplify our message of health, empowerment, and chiropractic care

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in healthcare, clinic operations, service, or administration preferred

• Strong customer service and engagement skills

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and apps

• Basic video editing or content creation experience is a plus

• Independent, proactive, and takes ownership

• Positive energy, growth mindset, and strong work ethic

• Passion for serving people and contributing to a purpose-driven clinic

Working Days

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays
