  1. Leadership skills
  2. Oversee and manage selected outlet's chief chefs and kitchen staffs
  3. Oversee the daily operation of the kitchen
  4. Maintains food quality and safety standards
  5. Ensure proper maintenance of the kitchen within each outlet
  6. Designing and implementing new ideas for the menu
  7. Ensuring the Kitchen standards are being followed and adhered to by all employees.
  8. Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
  9. Guest-oriented and service-minded
  10. Experience in managing Indian restaurant with all operation and Tamil speakers also preferable.
