Job Scope
- Lead and expand commercial chartering activities within the European market
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with charterers, owners, operators, and brokers
- Identify cargo opportunities and grow the company's commercial presence
- Negotiate charter party terms and execute fixtures
- Monitor freight markets, vessel positions, and market developments
- Work closely with operations and management to optimize voyage performance and commercial returns
- Contribute actively to business development initiatives and long-term market strategy
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Logistics management or equivalent
- 5 - 8 years of chartering experience in shipping / freight forwarding industry
- Well-established industry connections across the European and/or Asian chartering market
