Job Overview
You will be deployed to our client who is a leading government technology agency driving digital transformation and innovation in the healthcare sector. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring users are enabled and, to a certain extent, business is ready for safe and smooth system implementation. You will be accountable for achieving the change management and training goals set out at the initiation of the programme.
As a Senior Change Management Executive, you will be a reliable and independent support to the Senior Business Change Manager in the development of the global change management and training approach, localisation of change management and training plans, execution of change impact assessment and development of survey and usage reports. This includes facilitating productive discussions, developing and upkeeping of change management and training work products, and tracking and reporting of change management and training statuses, risks and issues.
