Senior Catering Account Manager

We are growing our Account Management team and looking for a sharp, service-driven Senior Catering Account Manager to help us deliver exceptional client experiences and memorable meal programmes for some of our most important corporate accounts.
This is not a standard account servicing role. It is a high-impact role at the intersection of client relationships, hospitality, operations, and execution. You will work closely with major clients, coordinate with top vendor partners, and play an important role in helping CaterSpot scale its corporate accounts business.
What You'll Do
- Oversee lunch and breakfast programmes for key corporate clients, ensuring their internal objectives are met and execution runs smoothly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, becoming a trusted point of contact
- Work closely with partner restaurants, caterers, and pantry suppliers to curate menus and create excellent meal experiences
- Build strong working relationships with on-site staff stationed at client offices, ensuring they are well-supported, accountable, and operating each site to a high standard
- Communicate regularly with on-site staff to keep programmes running smoothly and ensure service KPIs are consistently met
- Communicate proactively and efficiently with clients and vendor partners to keep everything running on track
- Handle client service issues with confidence, care, and strong attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth onboarding and handover for new clients
- Contribute to account retention, client satisfaction, and long-term account growth
Who You Are
- Singaporean or Singapore PR
- You have a been in catering, events or F&B space for the 3-4 years
- You are highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented
- You are strong at building long-term client relationships and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
- You have 2 years of experience in hospitality, account management, or a client-facing operations role
- You are excellent at prioritisation and time management, and can manage multiple moving parts effectively
- You are empathetic and genuinely enjoy speaking with and helping people
- You have a natural passion for delivering excellent service and creating positive customer experiences
- You are hands-on, dependable, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done, including occasionally working early mornings or evenings
- You stay calm under pressure and are able to solve problems thoughtfully and efficiently
