Senior Carpenter

Structural Construction: Building frameworks, including walls, floors, roofs, and door/window frames.

Installation & Finishing: Installing cabinets, countertops, molding, wood flooring, and hardware.

Blueprint Interpretation: Reading technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine material needs and layout.

Material Prep & Cutting: Measuring, marking, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, fiberglass, and drywall using hand and power tools.

Repair & Maintenance: Repairing or replacing existing structures and fixtures, including decks, fences, and cabinets.

Site Safety: Maintaining a clean and safe work area, adhering to building codes, and using safety equipment
