About The Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Campus Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our art school campuses in Singapore. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong background in education or retail, and most importantly, a proven track record in sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of multiple art school campuses
Lead, train, and motivate campus teams to meet enrollment and sales targets
Develop and execute strategies to drive student acquisition and retention
Ensure exceptional customer service and student satisfaction
Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements
Analyze performance data and provide regular reports to senior management
Collaborate with leadership on business development and campus growth initiatives
Maintain a positive, performance-driven, and creative work environment
Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within the education or retail industry
Strong sales experience is a must, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and make strategic, data-driven decisions
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education Management, or a related field
Working Hours
Monday: off
Tuesday to Friday : 1.30pm - 7.30pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am - 7.30pm
