Responsibilities:
- Lead regional sourcing efforts across the APAC region to secure optimal total cost and quality, aligned with medium- to long-term business needs.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives focused on raw material optimization and standardization, sustainability goals, and supplier performance evaluation-aimed at onboarding new suppliers or reassessing existing ones to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Collaborate regularly with Planning and Purchasing teams to align on supply-related issues and agree on necessary follow-up actions.
- Manage negotiations and contracts with external or third-party suppliers based on anticipated demand and volume requirements.
- Proactively identify and execute strategies to strengthen supply chain security and enhance the reliability of the supplier network.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering /Science
- At least 4 years of experience in Raw Materials
