Senior Business System Analyst

Analyze and define business and system requirements for transaction processing, file transfer, trade finance, and enterprise integration platforms in banking environments.

Perform impact assessment on application changes across MFT, middleware, Oracle/DB2 databases, Linux batch processes, and message transformation components to ensure downstream compatibility.

Work with business, operations, and technical teams to document functional specifications, interface requirements, data mappings, process flows, and exception handling logic for system enhancements.

Review and validate EDI/XML/SWIFT/flat-file message structures, transformation rules, and file processing requirements for secure exchange between internal and external systems.

Support incident, problem, and change analysis by identifying root causes in production support environments, assessing recurring failures, and recommending functional and system-level fixes.

Coordinate SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-release validation activities by ensuring business scenarios, reconciliation rules, and integration dependencies are properly tested.

Prepare detailed analysis artefacts including BRD, FRD, data mapping documents, system workflow diagrams, test scenarios, and release impact notes to support delivery and operational stability.
