about the job
- Lead the design and execution of complex reports, utilizing advanced data mining and modeling to translate trends into actionable business recommendations
- Manage and enhance data management systems, troubleshoot operational issues for schedulers, and ensure overarching data integrity and compliance
- Partner with IT to design, configure, and implement effective system solutions and enhancements based on complex business requirements
- Act as a cross-functional technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with the Commercial Front Office and global stakeholders to support end-to-end Deals-to-Dollars operational needs
- Lead cross-functional projects, coordinate critical system/regression testing, and drive continuous improvement and best practices during global initiative rollouts
- Develop and deliver system training while proactively sharing process knowledge across diverse functional groups to promote operational transparency
- Execute critical risk-management responsibilities as an active member of the Commercial Business Continuity Plan (BCP) team

skills and experience required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or trade support roles with a Bachelor's degree (or 10 years of equivalent experience in a similar role in lieu of a degree)
- Advanced skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Proficiency with SAP and ETRM systems
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, ensure accountability, and optimize work processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Experience coordinating or mentoring others in a data-driven environment
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive business outcomes
- Familiarity with compliance standards and operational risk management
- Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future trends and shape reporting strategies
- Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry best practices
- Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
