Job Description
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead development of comprehensive financial plans and forecasts, ensuring alignment with Company&aposs strategic objectives; Monitor financial performance against forecasts, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize financial outcomes
- Innovative Project Leadership: Spearhead end-to-end projects by identifying, analyzing, and solving diverse operational challenges with a focus on cost optimisation and enhancing process efficiency
- Data Analytics & Insights: Generate comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to drive actionable insights and shape strategic decisions
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research of business trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning of the business
- Operational Collaboration: Partner with Operations team to plan, manage, and control operational costs; Gain a deep understanding of drivers impacting actual results, providing financial insights and analysis to guide project planning and execution
Requirements
- Recognised Degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy or related fields
- Working experience in strategy/financial planning and analysis, preferably in the e-Commerce, logistics, consulting or related industries
- Proficiency in SQL would be an advantage
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong commercial sense, strategic thinking & sophisticated analytical and data visualisation skills
- Strong team player, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present financial information to stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
