What you will be working on
Partner divisions to plan and execute integrated marketing communications activities with clearly defined objectives, target audience, messaging and success metrics to deliver on marketing outcomes.
Be an effective business partner by proactively generating fresh and resourceful ideas to support divisions with impactful communications and marketing solutions aligned with business objectives. Synergise online and offline communication efforts to achieve maximum publicity outcomes.
Provide advisory to divisions on corporate branding related matters to project a strong and positive image of EnterpriseSG and safeguard its reputation. Manage sub-brands and sponsorships to deliver a consistent brand aligned to overall brand architecture.
Monitor and optimise campaign performance, report campaign performance to internal stakeholders and for management reports, as well as aggregate learnings for future campaign planning.
Appoint and manage services to support various marketing functions and campaigns. These could include, but are not limited to, creative/media/digital media agencies, corporate gifts, photography/videography services, event management services etc.
What we are looking for
You should have a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications or Marketing with more than 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or digital marketing.
You should be results-oriented, motivated, and resourceful.
You should possess a creative flair and excellent writing skills.
Experienced in planning and executing integrated multi-channel campaigns and proficient in digital marketing (including search/email/social media marketing and data analytics using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics).
Ability to copywrite/copyedit in Mandarin is an advantage.
