What the role is
The Enterprise Academy (EA) builds and scales future fluent capabilities for Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG) to stay ahead of the curve. We attract and develop a bench of agile, innovative, and collaborative future leaders for EnterpriseSG, deepen core and leadership skills and competencies through curated development opportunities and sharing of knowledge. We are looking for a strategic talent professional to lead our early talent engagement programmes.
What you will be working on
You will play a pivotal role in building EnterpriseSG's organisational capabilities by attracting, recruiting and developing our most prized assets: our People. You will spearhead our early talent engagement strategy and nurture the best early talent through comprehensive management of EnterpriseSG's management associate, global scholarship and internship programmes.
As our employer branding champion, you will creatively engage prospective talent across multiple touchpoints, from pre-university programmes through to graduate recruitment. You will partner closely with our early talent to ensure their success whilst continuously innovating our talent attraction approach. By joining us, you will develop expertise in end-to-end talent pipeline development within an economic agency and access ample opportunities for your own career advancement.
You will get to:
- Architect and own our EnterpriseSG Employer Brand strategy, with particular focus on early career talent segments
- Design and execute comprehensive programmes to build early awareness and engagement with potential future leaders
- Lead our early talent programmes (e.g. our Management Associate Programme and Global Scholar Programme) from selection through to award recipient development and success tracking
- Develop and optimise our campus engagement and talent attraction strategy across pre-university and institutes of higher learning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our early talent programmes
- Create exceptional candidate experiences through innovative employer branding initiatives and engagement touchpoints
- Drive talent management strategy for recipients to ensure programme success and retention
What we are looking for
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in early talent programme development and execution
- Demonstrated success in early talent programme management, including selection processes, award administration and recipient development
- Strong background in programme design, management and optimisation
- Expertise in employer branding strategy and implementation, particularly for early career talent
- Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with specific focus on campus recruitment
- Highly resourceful self-starter with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve
- Curious about the psychology and behaviour of people, and have the drive to ignite continued change
- Engaging, empathetic, and write, speak and present well
- Data fluency: Strong ability to translate data to actionable insights
- Experience in process optimisation, social media marketing, and the application of recruitment technology will be advantageous
