Oversee and manage day-to-day business and operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, project, finance, and administrative functions
Supervise sales quotation preparation, contract documentation, and project tracking
Support project teams with site clearance applications, documentation, and operational coordination
Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and work closely with finance to ensure timely collections
Prepare operational, sales, and management reports for internal review
Review and improve internal processes, workflows, and administrative procedures
Act as a key liaison between management, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders
Provide operational support to management and assist in implementing business initiatives
Perform other operational and managerial duties as assigned by senior management
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Accounting, or related fields
At least 3-5 years of relevant operations, administrative, or project coordination experience
Prior experience in managing business operations, administrative teams, or project support functions preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) experience with reporting and tracking tools is an advantage
Able to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and manage multiple priorities
Fast learner with a proactive mindset and strong sense of responsibility
Good problem-solving skills and a positive working attitude
