Apply a data-driven and evidence-based approach to analyze end-to-end business processes, integrating insights from both Shopee and Monee domains to guide strategic and operational decisions.
Evaluate financial impacts of insurance initiatives on topline and bottomline performance, identifying key growth drivers and optimization opportunities.
Develop and automate dashboards and reporting frameworks to track business performance, support management reporting, and enable timely, data-backed decision-making.
Lead and support ad hoc analytical projects that address critical business questions, while building long-term scalable solutions for efficiency and impact.
Collaborate closely with regional and local business, product, and operations teams to design, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives that enhance business growth and profitability.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles, ideally in e-commerce, fintech, or insurance environments.
Proficient in SQL (MySQL/Presto), Python, and preferably familiar with Spark or other large-scale data processing tools.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Passionate about leveraging data to drive both commercial and operational outcomes, particularly within the intersection of e-commerce and insurance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across regional and functional teams.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities for business improvement through analytics.
