As a Senior Data Intelligence Specialist, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance business operations through intelligent automation and advanced data capabilities. Responsibilities
- Business Support & Automation:
- Collaborate with business teams to understand challenges and design data-enabled, automated solutions that streamline workflows
- Develop and deploy automated data solutions to reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency across departments
- Build scalable tools and systems that support business self-service and operational agility
- Develop and support advanced data solutions that enhance the organization's data analytics maturity
- AI & Data Innovation:
- Identify high-impact use cases for AI, machine learning, and data science that address key business needs
- Translate complex business problems into technical specifications and collaborate with data scientists to deliver solutions
- Integrate AI models into business processes, ensuring practical application and measurable outcomes
- Communicate initiative progress and results to senior leadership, focusing on business value and strategic alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, automation or advanced data solution
- Proven track record in driving data & AI initiatives from strategy to implementation
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake), and AI/ML tools
- Strong interest in the latest AI technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
