Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Performance and Management
- Liaise and maintain good working relationship with business partners for strategic partnerships
- Disseminate information to Business Managers to ensure accurate and updated policy and information is conveyed to sales personnel and customers
- Strategizing on Wealth Advisory's business development and planning
- Recruitment of sales staff and managers
- Act as a single point of accountability for Wealth Advisory's overall wealth profitability, operations and service delivery
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time
People Management
- Coach and mentor managers on how to lead a successful team
- Motivate team members and conduct meetings on performance update and identify process gaps and service improvements
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Group Policy and Standards and procedures of the Bank
- Ensure BSC grading of A/B for all Business Manager
Requirements
Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma with relevant banking experience
Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing Requirements
- M5, M6, M6A, M8, M9, M8A, M9A, M1B, HI, BCP, PGI
Relevant Work Experience
- Banking Sales Experience with minimum of 7 years experience
- Relevant coaching / mentoring experience
Personal Skills (Soft Competencies)
- Leadership skills.
- Presentation skills
- Able to articulate well
- Well verse in Excel and PowerPoint
