Our client is a wellregarded and fastgrowing international law firm with a strong presence across the AsiaPacific region. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Specialist to join their dynamic team.

This role suits a commercially astute professional with a strong interest in the legal or professional services sector. You will play a key role in strengthening the firm's brand, deepening client relationships, and supporting revenue growth across Asia

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will support the delivery of key marketing and business development initiatives across the Singapore office and selected APAC markets

  • Draft, coordinate, and finalize pitches, RFP responses, and presentations and you will also manage and maintain a pitch content library and other business development materials.

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, target clients, and growth opportunities and to assist in developing and implementing business development strategies for practice groups and offices in Asia.

  • Coordinate client engagement initiatives, including events, seminars, and thought leadership campaigns.

  • Draft internal and external communications and marketing collateral, ensuring all materials align with the firm's global brand standards and oversee submissions for key legal directories and industry awards.

  • Work closely with lawyers, partners, and the wider Business Development and Marketing team across our global network to support and implement industry-related activities.

Skills and experience required

  • Min 4 years of relevant business development or marketing role, preferably within the legal, consulting, or other client-driven professional services sectors.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities with close attention to detail.
