Responsibilities
- Strategic Expansion: Develop and implement business growth strategies tailored for strata management, identifying new markets and untapped opportunities within Singapore's urban landscape.
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Build and maintain robust relationships with property developers, management corporations, and other stakeholders to secure and expand our client base.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting strata management.
- Proposal Development: Lead in the creation of compelling business proposals and presentations that highlight our unique value proposition in strata management services.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts with potential clients, ensuring beneficial terms for the company while maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
Performance Metrics: Set ambitious yet achievable targets, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to meet financial and growth objectives.
Requirements
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 8-10 years of proven experience in business development, with a focus on property management, especially MCSTs in Singapore.
- Preferably, 3+ years in a senior or leadership role within the strata management sector or related fields.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the strata management industry in Singapore, including legal frameworks like the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.
