Job Description

We are looking for a commercially sharp, client-confident Account Executive / Senior BDM to drive revenue growth across our key markets- Asia Pacific, MEA, The Americas and tier 2 markets, ANZ, Europe and CEE. You will be the face of our platform to senior decision-makers and product owners at banks, including Tier 1 globals, regional champions, and challenger banks. This is a hunter-farmer hybrid: you will be expected to actively prospect and close new clients while protecting and growing a portfolio of existing accounts. You know banking. You speak the language of transformation, consumer expectations, and competitive disruption and pain points- you can translate that into a compelling

story for why our platform matters.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

– Hunt and close new logo accounts across

assigned territories, targeting digital banking, retail

banking, and transaction banking teams

– Build and manage a healthy pipeline via

outbound prospecting, referrals, industry events,

and your existing network

– Present proposals and business cases

to MD-level stakeholders, adapting the

pitch for each institution's priorities

– Grow existing accounts through upsell and

cross-sell of subscriptions, data products,

sponsorship, and events

– Partner with editorial, marketing, and product

teams to inform market positioning

– Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and

forecasting in CRM

– Represent the brand at banking conferences,

roundtables, and hosted events globally

WHAT YOU BRING

– 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in fintech,

financial media, data/intelligence platforms, or

banking technology

– Demonstrable track record of meeting or

exceeding quota, including net new logo

acquisition

– Existing network of senior bankers, digital

transformation leads, or technology procurement

decision-makers — strongly preferred

– Deep understanding of the banking sector:

familiar with retail and transaction banking trends, core banking

vendors, and the competitive landscape

– Experience engaging and presenting to MD-level

or C-suite audiences across different cultural

contexts

– Comfortable working across time zones — able

to flex hours to cover ANZ, MEA, or European

client calls

– Background at a direct competitor or adjacent

platform is a strong differentiator

– Highly self-directed and thrives in a lean,

fast-moving commercial team

TERRITORIES & MARKETS

Primary: Southeast Asia, The Americas, MEA, Greater China, India. Secondary: UK/Europe, ANZ

Some international travel expected for client meetings and events.
