We are partnering with a global EPC company supporting high-tech and industrial clients across sectors such as semiconductors, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals.
This is a senior, client-facing role focused on driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading complex tendering activities across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth across key industrial sectors
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and government stakeholders
- Lead tendering activities end-to-end: from opportunity identification, engineering inputs, costing, to submission and negotiations
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and commercial strategies
- Manage and track opportunities through CRM tools, including pipeline reporting and performance analysis
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, project, commercial) to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering (MBA or commercial background is a plus)
- 10+ years of experience in business development or commercial roles within MEP / construction / EPC / Engineering consultancy.
- Proven experience in tendering, project commercial management, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
