Reporting to: Director of Business Development / Managing Director
Role Purpose:
Drive revenue growth by securing high-value Commercial Office and Retail fit-out projects across Singapore and SEA. You will also lead the business development for our bespoke customized fixtures and joinery division, offering integrated solutions to premium clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Acquisition: Proactively hunt and close large-scale commercial office and retail fit-out contracts.
- Fixture & Joinery Sales: Drive growth for our customized fixture division, cross-selling bespoke millwork and furniture solutions to corporate and retail clients.
- Tender Management: Lead the end-to-end RFP process, ensuring competitive technical and commercial proposals that maximize profit margins.
- Account Expansion: Secure Master Service Agreements (MSAs) for regional office and retail rollouts.
Requirements :
- Industry Expert: 5+ years of B2B sales experience specifically in Commercial Interior Fit-out or Contract Furniture/Joinery.
- Proven Results: A documented track record within the Singapore/SEA market.
- Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of fit-out costs, spatial planning, and the production process for customized fixtures/joinery.
- Negotiation Power: Expert at navigating complex contracts and value-engineering discussions to protect margins.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills to influence C-suite stakeholders and procurement heads.
