Job Description

To drive Business Development growth with focus in Ocean freight forwarding
To achieve both short-term & long-term sales target (performance review is based on quarterly revenue & profit)
To identify new business opportunities, generate sales revenue through solicit ocean freight business, mainly in Singapore
Promote existing customers retention, cross selling and upselling
Collaborate closely with Pricing team and keep abreast of the trends on rates of Ocean freight in order to secure competitive rate and space with carrier
To report and present sales performance update during internal meetings

EXPERIENCE

8 years+ experience in logistics, specifically Ocean freight business
Proven track record in generating New Business Development/Sales account
Candidate with years of experience working in a Global/ Top forwarding company are welcome to apply
Experienced in developing and managing large-scale, long-term contracts and global accounts
Strong customer network connection in Southeast Asia and Australia is a plus
