Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand our FX and cross-border payment business in Singapore and South East Asia market
• Leverage your network to build a robust client pipeline and strategic partnerships
• Devise and implement sales and business strategies, lead the team and work closely with cross-functional team to expand our business and to achieve targets.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing sales team
• Ensure all business operations comply with internal and external regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry or other related industries
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline(s);
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and execute strategic business plans and objectives.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Development Manager
