About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to join a high-performing regional commercial team based in Singapore.

This is a strategic, senior-level role suited for someone with a strong understanding of KYC/AML solutions and a proven track record in enterprise sales. The position will play a key role in driving growth across APAC, with a particular focus on the crypto and fintech segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence across APAC
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within fintech, crypto, and financial services
  • Build and manage senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with product, compliance, and operations teams to deliver tailored client solutions
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and key networking platforms

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships within fintech, financial services, or regtech
  • Strong knowledge of KYC/AML processes, compliance frameworks, and onboarding solutions
  • Prior experience working with crypto or blockchain clients is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior executives
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
