We're looking for a proactive and growth-minded Business Development Manager to support our expansion in Singapore. In this role, you will work closely with digital media agencies, identify new partnership opportunities, and help strengthen our presence within the China outbound marketing ecosystem. Job Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities with key digital agencies and major ad spenders in Singapore.
Lead the organisation of agency roadshow to update agency partners on the latest digital trend in Singapore.
Establish and nurture key relationships with clients and agencies (especially with their senior management) to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue.
Manage sales pipeline and reach for individual and team sales targets.
Project coordination with clients and internal teams ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
Continuously monitor industry trends and market developments to inform strategic decision-making and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
University degree preferably in Marketing/ Advertising or Business related discipline.
3-5 years relevant business development experience in digital media/ advertising industry.
Established relationships and connections within the advertising and media industry.
Experience in China media and/ or programmatic advertising is advantageous.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies.
Proactive, innovative confident and result-oriented.
Able to work under pressure and adaptable to continuous changes.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin to liaise with regional clients and partners.
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Development Manager.
