Job Title: Associate Senior Business Development Manager (experience in the BPO and/or ITO industries is mandatory)

Location: Singapore

Shift: regular shift

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related discipline. An MBA, CA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in the BPO and/or ITO industries is mandatory. Any prior experience in business development, sales and/or client facing roles in the BPO industry will be preferred essential for this role.
• Demonstrated experience in opening new accounts, developing qualified opportunities, and progressing complex business-to-business sales pursuits.
• Strong understanding of the outsourcing, business process services, or professional services industry. Knowledge of the Singapore business environment and the broader Asia-Pacific market is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, written communication, and executive-engagement capabilities.
• Commercial acumen and disciplined sales execution, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, manage complex pursuits, open new accounts, and build long-term client relationships within the BPO/BPM industry.
• High initiative, resilience, and comfort working in an evolving, target-driven environment where there will be a need to collaborate with virtual, geographically dispersed teams across solutions, delivery, finance, legal, procurement, and leadership teams.

Measures of Success

• Pipeline development, proposal conversion, and TCV closure.
• Number and value of qualified new-logo opportunities created.
• New accounts opened and new buying centres engaged.
• Expansion into additional service lines and sustained client engagement.
• Quality of account plans, market intelligence, and stakeholder relationships.
