OVERVIEW
The Business and Project Manager is responsible for driving new businessopportunities while overseeing the successful execution and delivery ofconstruction projects from initiation to completion. This role requires astrong balance of commercial acumen, project management expertise, clientrelationship management, underpinned by strong effective leadership tosafeguard profitability, maintain quality standards, and deliver consistentclient satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Management
1. Client Relationship Management
- Build, strengthen and maintain long-term relationshipswith clients, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison, ensuring timely andprofessional resolution of client queries, issues, and escalations.
- Anticipateclient needs, provide proactive updates, and maintain high levels ofsatisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
2. Business Development
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunitiesin line with the company's growth strategy and market positioning.
- Expand and maintain a strong network of industry contacts,including developers, consultants, and contractors, to generate potentialleads.
- Lead the preparation, submission, and presentation of bidsand proposals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and alignment withclient expectations.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to informbusiness development strategies and enhance competitiveness.
3. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant statutoryregulations, safety codes, and company policies.
- Maintain personal compliance with all relevant statutoryregulations, contractual requirements, and company policies.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance standards, monitoring adherence across all stages of project delivery.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and integrating best practices into future projects.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- The standard working week is five (5) days however, youmay be required to work on Saturdays and Sundays depending on projectrequirements.
- Occasional site work may also be necessary to meet projectdeadlines.
