Legend Interiors is a Hong Kong based award winning Interior fit-out specialist with 11 offices across Asia. Our Singapore office is looking for a talented, client facing Senior Business Development Executive or Manager to aid with ongoing and new project wins.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Business Development Executive
Responsibilities
- Reporting to Senior Business Development Manager and work with Southeast Asia Business Development team
- Identify new potential partnership and opportunities in Singapore
- Conduct market research and keep up to pace with the market trends.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase branding and awareness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients locally and in the South East Asia region
- Achieve new projects to increase revenue target.
- Work closely with internal functional teams on projects and tender.
- Conduct presentation and pitching to potential clients.
- Ability in critical thinking in project planning to ensure success.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent experience
- 1 - 2 years prior industry related business development experience
- Existing contacts with retail brand, architects, designers, hotel owners, landlord and project management consultants will be preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Able to work independently and has good initiatives.
