We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base, particularly within the FMCG and consumer sector.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research within the FMCG sector
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts
Manage and pitch projects including in-store promotions, roadshows, brand activations, product launches, and manpower solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including marketing teams and key decision-makers
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and campaign objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction
Track and report sales performance, pipeline activities, and campaign outcomes
Stay updated on market trends, consumer insights, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
Proven ability to achieve sales targets with strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage
Good organizational and time management skills
A proactive attitude with a strong focus on client service and relationship building
