Job Description

Senior Business Analyst – Core Banking Transformation (Lending SME)

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong corporate lending domain expertise and hands-on experience with FIS ACBS to support core banking transformation initiatives. The role will bridge business and technology teams across system implementation, integration, and data migration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as SME for corporate lending products and lifecycle (origination to servicing)
  • Gather and document requirements (BRD/FRD, user stories)
  • Perform gap analysis and define functional solutions
  • Support ACBS implementation, enhancements, and integrations
  • Facilitate workshops with business, IT, and vendors
  • Support SIT/UAT, including test case design and defect management
  • Work with data teams on migration, reconciliation, and data quality

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience as a Business Analyst in corporate banking
  • Strong knowledge of corporate lending products (syndicated, bilateral, revolving facilities)
  • Proven experience with FIS ACBS
  • Experience in core banking transformation or implementation projects
  • Solid understanding of data migration and integration
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Salary & Benefits

  • SGD 10,000 – 15,000 per month
