Manage business requirements and functional solution design.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.
Perform endtoend business analysis:Planning & Monitoring: Identify stakeholders, techniques, and processes for tracing requirements.Enterprise Analysis: Refine business needs, define scope, and develop business cases.Elicitation: Gather and document business needs.Requirements Analysis: Assess current state, analyse requirements, and elaborate them within scope.Solution Assessment & Validation: Identify solution gaps, recommend changes, and evaluate deployed solutions.
Quality Assurance & Testing
Develop QA deliverables, test plans, and test cases based on evolving requirements.
Build and maintain automated test frameworks, including test environments and scripts.
Conduct system integration testing with external parties and validate data exchanges.
Perform impact analysis on defect fixes and ensure completed stories meet acceptance criteria.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Manage conflicts, issues, and changes to maintain alignment on solution scope.
Communicate and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project.
Documentation & Support
Prepare enduser documentation (training guides, user manuals, process flows).
Assist in documenting technical design, specifications, and solutions.
Maintain project documentation and repositories.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
Business Analysis certification (CCBA, CBAP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Hands-on experience across full project development life cycles.
Proven track record in business analysis, application solutioning, and design.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Ability to model business requirements using process modelling tools.
Strong qualitative, quantitative, and rootcause analysis skills.
Solid understanding of SQL, data modelling, and data analysis.
Good knowledge of analytics and data warehouse implementations.
Additional Skills (Advantageous)
Familiarity with Agile, Business Process Reengineering, CRM, Data Analytics, ERP, or Knowledge Management.
Experience in design thinking and workshop facilitation.
