Job Description

Responsibilities

Financial Performance & KPI analysis

Analyse monthly financial performance of respective business units, including variance analysis against budget and prior periods
Monitor KPIs and create dashboards to track financial and operational performance
Analyse key business drivers, identify trends, and highlight risks and opportunities

Business Partnering & Decision Support

Work with business leaders to drive the progress of OGSM (i.e. strategic plans) of respective business units
Provide financial insights to business leaders to support strategic and operational decisions
Drive performance review discussions with cross-functional stakeholders
Support business initiatives with cost-benefit analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity testing

Data Analytics & Process Improvement

Use data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Excel) to create automated reports and improve data quality
Evaluate and enhance existing BI reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Accountancy, Business Management, Data Analytics and etc)
Minimum 3 years working experience in external audit (preferably in Big 4 / Mid-tier audit firm)
0 - 2 years working experiences in data analysis or data visualisation related job scopes
Good understanding on Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate will be a strong plus.
Detailed, meticulous and organised personality to handle large amounts of data in structured way
Strong verbal and writing (documentation) skills in English
Ability to read and speak Chinese (Mainly due to close collaboration with Chinese speaking counterpart)
Willing to learn new things from system and technological perspectives
High effective execution and strong sense of responsibility
Proactive and have goal-oriented approach to problem solving
