Senior Business Analyst

.Gather and translate business requirements for payments, remittances, and trade finance into clear BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.

.Lead implementation of SWIFT MT/MX (ISO 20022) messaging, including MT103/202 and pacs.008/camt.053 formats.

.Drive digital banking initiatives across web/mobile for cross-border payments, forex cards, and corporate payment journeys.

.Define reconciliation rules and support automation using GT Match and related banking systems.

.Coordinate with solution architects and vendors to design API integrations and end-to-end payment flows.

.Support H2H payment processing, treasury trade booking, and FX pricing workflows (Cash/Spot/Forward/Options).

.Manage SIT/UAT cycles, create test scenarios, and validate application functionality with stakeholders.

.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (RBI/FEMA/SAMA) for remittance and trade finance processes.

.Collaborate with UI/UX teams for journey enhancements and seamless customer experience.

.Provide post-production support, issue resolution, and continuous process optimisation.
