Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, acting as the key link to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will lead requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation across the project lifecycle, support solution design, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, oversee UAT, and ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and achieve measurable outcomes.

What will you do

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

. Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

. Engage stakeholders to identify problems, needs, and opportunities

. Facilitate workshops, interviews, walkthroughs, and discussions

Requirements Management

. Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements

. Translate business needs into user stories, BRDs, FRDs, or technical specifications

. Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle

. Clarify requirements and manage scope during development

Solution Design & Delivery Support

. Support solution design to ensure alignment with business objectives

. Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements

. Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business outcomes

Testing & Implementation

. Plan, coordinate, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

. Assist in defect triage and resolution during testing phases

. Support successful implementation and handover of solutions

Governance & Methodology

. Apply Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate

. Ensure documentation, processes, and deliverables meet quality standards

The ideal candidate should possess:

. Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in technology-driven or enterprise environments

. Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation (BRD, FRD, user stories)

. Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies

. Good knowledge of APIs, systems integration, and software development concepts

. Experience planning and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting defect triage

. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
