About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join Klook, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving data-driven marketing strategies and optimizing our customer acquisition efforts across global markets. This role combines advanced analytical skills with deep marketing expertise to unlock insights.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex marketing data, building robust data pipelines, and creating actionable insights that directly impact our marketing performance and ROI. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure our marketing investments are optimized and our customer journey is continuously improved.

What You'll Do

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of marketing performance across paid channels including Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms
  • Develop and maintain attribution models to understand the customer journey and multi-touch attribution
  • Analyze customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and conversion funnels to optimize marketing spend
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in marketing data to drive strategic decision-making

Data Infrastructure & Pipeline Management

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL to support marketing analytics needs
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across marketing data sources and systems
  • Automate recurring analytical processes and reporting workflows
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to implement data collection and tracking improvements

Dashboard & Reporting

  • Create and maintain comprehensive marketing dashboards using Tableau for stakeholders at all levels
  • Build real-time reporting solutions for campaign performance monitoring
  • Develop executive-level reporting that communicates marketing impact and ROI
  • Establish KPI frameworks and measurement standards for marketing activities

Strategic Partnership

  • Partner with Marketing teams to define measurement strategies for new campaigns and initiatives
  • Support marketing experimentation through proper test design, analysis, and recommendations
  • Provide analytical support for budget planning and resource allocation decisions
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

What You'll Need

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, particularly BigQuery, with experience handling large-scale datasets
  • Strong Python programming skills for data analysis, automation, and pipeline development
  • Expertise in Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and data visualizations
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform)

Marketing Analytics Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence roles
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution modeling, and customer journey analysis
  • Experience with marketing attribution tools and methodologies (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch attribution)
  • Knowledge of paid advertising platforms and their data structures (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)

Analytical & Business Skills

  • Strong statistical analysis skills with ability to design and analyze A/B tests
  • Experience with cohort analysis, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
  • Project management experience with ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
