Role Overview
Drive business requirements and delivery alignment for insurance digital transformation programs. Bridge business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements and user stories
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping, gap analysis
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Developers, QA
- Ensure regulatory and operational compliance
- Support go-live and change management
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years Business Analysis in Insurance
- Strong knowledge of policy lifecycle, claims, billing
- Agile / Scrum delivery experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills
- Insurance Policy Admin System (PAS) exposure
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Visio
Preferred
- API / digital platform understanding
- MAS / compliance familiarity
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- PMI - PBA certification or equivalent
