Senior Business Analyst Digital

. Must have a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience as an IT business analyst supporting the development of enterprise-wide complex information systems within major organizations in a banking environment.

. Hands-on experience of coordination between the business and IT teams (various locations) and as primary functional support for development teams.

. Strong ability to interpret business needs and translate them into requirements.

. Knowledge of the software development life cycle and software testing life cycle.

. Experience in writing test documents and performing functional tests.

. Risk awareness, ability to evaluate and predict risks and drawbacks of target solution.

. Identify and determine enhancements to improve business processes and to mitigate/reducerisks.

. Proficiency in SQL database queries (complex queries).

. Proficiency in flow diagram definition and design

. Ability to prepare a dataset for analysis and validation purposes.

. UI/UX experience

. Proficiency in mock ups definition with Figma

. Strong experience in working with Microsoft Office tools, JIRA.
