Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Corporate Banking, Trade & Supplier Financing, Corporate Payments, and Digital Channels.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications & JIRA stories.
Design and optimize user journeys and digital customer experiences for corporate banking platforms.
Strong understanding of Trade Finance - LC, Collections, Bank Guarantees/SBLC, Invoice Financing, Factoring & Supply Chain Finance.
Work across Domestic & Cross-Border Payments and corporate banking channels.
Define To-Be processes, conduct impact assessments and support solution/design teams.
Manage corporate channel entitlements, RBAC, user access and authorization frameworks.
Support test scenario creation, clarify test findings, manage change requests and assist with UAT.
Collaborate with product, technology and business teams in an Agile environment.

Key Requirements

8-10 years of Business Analysis experience in Trade & Supplier Financing.
5+ years of Corporate Payments Business Analysis experience.
5+ years working with Digital Channels / Corporate Banking platforms.
Strong expertise in entitlement management, RBAC, roles, permissions and authorization.
Strong JIRA, Agile and requirements management experience.
Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Ability to challenge requirements, identify risks and propose practical alternative solutions.
