Senior Business Analyst - AI & Data, Banking

We are seeking a senior Business Analyst to support AI and data-driven initiatives within a leading financial services environment.

This role focuses on translating business needs into well-defined solutions through structured analysis, stakeholder workshops, and detailed user journey mapping. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, product teams, designers and engineers to ensure initiatives are clearly scoped, user-centric, and aligned with strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

You will lead requirements discovery sessions, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and map end-to-end user journeys across digital and data-enabled processes.

A strong ability to document functional requirements, process flows, and interaction designs is essential, including experience using tools such as Figma or similar prototyping platforms.

You will play a key role in ensuring that business needs are accurately captured and translated into clear specifications that development teams can execute against.

Requirements:

While exposure to AI or data initiatives is beneficial, the core requirement is strong experience in business analysis, solution shaping, and stakeholder engagement within complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of experience in business analysis or product-related roles, preferably within banking.

This role requires excellent facilitation skills, structured thinking, and the ability to bridge business and technology teams while maintaining a strong focus on user experience and delivery quality.
