Senior Business Analyst -

Nature of Service:

1. Identification and assessment of current state processes based on interviews, focus group discussions, data gathering, etc.

2. Development of future state processes in consultation with stakeholder groups including the Authority's contractors/vendors.

3. Facilitation of stakeholder group discussions or workshops to gather requirements, seek concensus on proposed future state processes, etc.

4. Documentation of process models using the Authority's preferred tool.

Required Role's competencies, skills & knowledge

1. Relevant credentials and qualifications.

2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in performing the Role.

1. Perform functional, system and integration impact analysis for enhancements and changes, including assessment of business processes, data flows, interfaces, dependencies and upstream/downstream impacts.

2. Support major system enhancements, migrations and transitions, including requirements analysis, solution validation, testing/UAT, implementation, vendor transition and post-deployment support.

3. Support audit, governance and operational requirements, including investigation of audit findings, incidents and complex system/integration issues, root-cause analysis, and coordination with business, technical teams and vendors through to resolution.
