Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to appoint a Senior Brand Manager to drive brand strategy and growth across SEA regions
This role will play a key part in shaping brand positioning, leading product innovation initiatives, and working closely with local market teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the brand strategy and overall commercial performance across Southeast Asia, with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, and key brand performance metrics.
- Develop portfolio strategies covering product innovation, pricing frameworks, and channel architecture to strengthen market positioning and drive sustainable growth.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives across the full consumer journey, including brand campaigns, retail activations, and consumer engagement programs.
- Manage marketing investments and budgets effectively to maximise campaign impact and deliver strong return on investment.
- Define and implement the regional e-commerce strategy across key online platforms and marketplaces to accelerate digital sales growth.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, as well as regional distributors, to deliver business objectives across markets.
- Track market performance through regular business reviews, leveraging consumer insights and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
- At least 8-10 years of brand marketing experience within the FMCG industry
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing end-to-end brand strategies within a consumer-focused industry.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing initiatives to business performance and financial outcomes.
- Proven ability to work across multiple markets and manage diverse stakeholders, including distributors and regional teams.
- Comfortable operating in a matrix environment with cross-border collaboration.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience adapting global brand frameworks to meet local market dynamics within Southeast Asia.
