We are looking for a Senior BIM Technical Executive to join our team - someone who is passionate about harnessing BIM to transform the way buildings are designed, coordinated, and delivered.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and manage 3D BIM models for architectural projects in compliance with BCA BIM standards and project requirements.
- Generate construction drawings, documentation, and schedules directly from BIM models.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination across disciplines (Architectural, C&S, M&E).
- Support the preparation and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve design/technical issues using BIM workflows.
- Maintain and update BIM libraries, templates, and office standards.
- Assist in BIM submissions to authorities (e.g. CORENET X / BIM e-submission).
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Construction, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of BIM experience in modeling, coordination, or technical support.
- Proficient in Revit (Architecture), AutoCAD, and Navisworks knowledge of BIM 360/Dynamo is an advantage.
- Familiar with Singapore BIM standards and BCA submission requirements.
- Certification in BIM (e.g. BCAA Specialist Diploma in BIM, VDC/IDD certification) preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
