We are seeking architects to join our team and you will be responsible for supporting Senior Architect in taking on design and project management responsibilities. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support senior architect and take on design and project management responsibilities for smaller projects
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders and team members
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent academic qualifications in architecture
- More than 3 years of experience for Architect position is preferred
- Experience in design or project management of medium to large-scale complex projects
- Familiarity with Contract Administration for Project Implementation
- Having experience in healthcare projects is a preferred advantage
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Proficiency with software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup and Revit are beneficial
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
