Serve as the key contributor in preparing BIM models, shop drawings, and detailed building drawings in alignment with project discussions and requirements.
Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors and engineers to ensure timely delivery of drawings within established deadlines.
Address and resolve issues raised by contractors or clients, ensuring smooth project execution.
Participate in client meetings to gain a clear understanding of their requirements and expectations.
Requirements
Minimum tertiary education with min 3 years of relevant experience
Revit (MEP) & AutoCAD software & M&E Services knowledge is a MUST
Able to read & understand technical drawing and translate to concepts.
Strong organisational and communication skills, able to work independently
Experience in Fire protection systems is an Advantage.
