About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Mechanical BIM Modeller tojoin our project team in Singapore. You will be responsible for developing andcoordinating BIM models for mechanical systems across building projects,ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless collaboration withmultidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models for mechanical systems (HVAC, ACMV, piping, and related services)
- Produce detailed 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documentation using BIM software
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes and design issues
- Perform clash detection and participate in coordination meetings
- Ensure models comply with Singapore standards, codes, and project requirements
- Update models based on design changes and site feedback
- Support project delivery through accurate quantity take-offs and as-built documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM modelling experience in Singapore projects
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP) knowledge of Navisworks is an advantage
- Familiar with Singapore BIM standards (e.g., BCA BIM guidelines)
- Understanding of ACMV systems and building services coordination
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Salary Range: $ 4,500 to $ 5,500
