About the Company

Our client is a well-established fire protection contractor with a strong track record in delivering institutional and large-scale building projects in Singapore. Due to ongoing project expansion, they are seeking a motivated Senior/ BIM Modeller to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain BIM models for fire protection systems using Revit and related BIM software.
Produce coordinated BIM drawings and shop drawings for project execution.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and other trades to ensure design coordination.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve design clashes.
Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, company standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Update models and drawings throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of BIM Modelling experience in fire protection or mechanical engineering.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
Experience in institutional, commercial, healthcare, or large-scale building projects will be advantageous.
Familiar with BIM coordination and shop drawing production.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
