. Implement and oversee the company's Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across all stages of design and construction projects.

. Lead BIM implementation on major projects, managing teams and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project information models.

. Enforce BIM standards and ensure models comply with project specifications, regulatory, and legal requirements.

. Manage and optimize the use of BIM software and related digital tools.

. Perform regular quality control checks to maintain high modeling and data standards.

. Facilitate effective communication and data exchange among architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

. Drive the organization's technology and digital strategy, promoting efficient and innovative digital workflows.
