Senior / BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Created 3D BIM models and shop drawings for construction and approvals
• Updated models and drawings to reflect current project information
• Identified and reported design clashes to the project team to support coordination
• Assisted with RFIs and adhered to drawing submission schedules

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or M&E
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a local contractor
• Proficient in Revit, Tekla, and MicroStation (AECOsim)
• Experienced in shop drawing production
